Warranty Assurance
All SIBOASI products supplied in Australia are backed by a comprehensive 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, covering both domestic and commercial use.
Each unit undergoes strict quality control and testing prior to dispatch to ensure optimal performance upon arrival.
In the unlikely event of a fault:
- Replacement parts are supplied promptly following assessment
- Dedicated aftersales support ensures fast resolution
- Free shipping on replacement parts is provided to Australian customers
Warranty Claims Process
We’ve designed a straightforward and efficient process to support you:
- Contact our team via the website or email to initiate your claim
- Our support team will assess the issue and provide guidance
- Claims should be reported within 14 days of delivery for initial inspection
- Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
If a return is required for repair:
- Return shipping to our Melbourne service centre is the responsibility of the customer
- We cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to you
