2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty to all Australian Customers (Both for Domestic Use AND Commercial Use).

Should any part display defects during this period, we will promptly provide replacement components as determined by our dedicated Aftersales Team. Additionally, we offer Free Shipping directly to your doorstep.

Smooth Warranty Claims Process:

Initiating a warranty claim is seamlessly handled through direct coordination with the manufacturer. For immediate assistance, please connect with SIBOASI's professional Customer Support via our 'Contact Page' on the official website.

Should you suspect a received product to be defective, kindly engage our 'Customer Service Team' at the earliest convenience. Their expert assessment will help ascertain the product's condition within a 14-day window from the date of delivery. In instances where our customer service team determines that the product isn't defective, they may exercise discretion in declining a replacement.

Any transit-related damages should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Any product needed to be returned to us (once approved by our customer service team) for warranty repair is at the cost of the customer for delivery to our service centre in Melbourne. We will cover shipment of repaired item back to you.
