Refund policy

We extend a 30-day Return Policy, affording you the opportunity to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. It must be returned within 30 days from the day you received your purchase.
  2. The item should be in an unworn and unused condition, retaining its original tags.
  3. The original packaging, maintaining its pristine state, is required.
  4. Both the item and its packaging must be in a resalable condition.
  5. A receipt or proof of purchase is essential.

During this process, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions on the steps to take and the location for sending your package.

Please be aware that any items sent back without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Bear in mind that all costs related to returns, including a possible 3% restocking fee, are the responsibility of the customer. Ensuring that the package reaches us in an acceptable condition rests solely on the customer, so it's advisable to consider your choice of delivery method and whether insurance is necessary for the item.

In Cases of Damage or Issues: Kindly inspect your order upon delivery, and if you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. This allows us to assess the matter and take appropriate action.

Exceptions to Returns: We regretfully cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanging Items: For a prompt resolution, you can choose to return the item you currently have. After the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might require additional time to finalize the refund posting.
