SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

Any order placed before 12:00 PM AEST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually ship the day after. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM AEST or on a weekend, your order will process within 1-2 business days. 

What shipping services are available?

Standard AUSTRALIAN Shipping (2-7 business days, depending on location - Inc TRACKING): It is the standard shipping option with couriers such as Australia Post, Aramex. Courier Please and any other appropriate couriers we use, All orders will be provided with full tracking information to your email.

FREE SHIPPING

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with no minimum spend. 

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, we send out an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you did not see this email in your inbox.

My tracking number shows the package was delivered but I did not receive it.

Our recommendation is to talk to your mailman and/or postal service immediately. Once we hand the package to a delivery service, we have no control over your package. Thus, we will not take responsibility for a lost or stolen package if the tracking information shows a successful delivery! Therefore, the responsibility to retrieve the package or receive a refund (in case of a lost or stolen item where delivery tracking shows a successful delivery) falls between the customer and the shipping service used for delivery.
